All content on this website, such as photographs, descriptions, logos and designs, is the intellectual property of the business and is protected by Greek and international copyright law.
Republishing, reproducing or modifying it without written permission is prohibited.
3. Products – Prices – Availability
Our handmade and/or custom-made products are crafted with attention to detail and in accordance with EU regulations.
Photographs are indicative. There may be small variations due to the nature of the materials.
Prices include 24% VAT and may change without notice.
Availability is updated regularly, but in rare cases a product may no longer be available after you order. In that case we will contact you immediately.
4. Orders
Placing an order
You can order as a guest or with an account.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Confirmation is sent by email.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. After shipping, the returns procedure applies.
Order rejection
We reserve the right to cancel orders (e.g. due to availability problems, suspicious activity, etc.).
5. Payment & Shipping Methods
Payment methods:
Cash on delivery (with an extra charge)
Bank transfer
Card / IRIS / PayPal payment (depending on settings)
Shipping methods:
We ship throughout Greece via a partner courier.
The shipping cost is calculated in the cart before payment.
Delivery times are 1–5 working days (indicative).
6. Returns & Cancellations
Withdrawal / product returns
You have the right to withdraw and return a product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, in accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU.
Return conditions:
The product must not have been used or worn.
It must be returned in its original condition and original packaging (box, pouch, protective materials, tags, etc.).
It must not be damaged or altered.
The customer pays the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Personalised or custom-made products (e.g. with a name, date, dedication, etc.)
Earrings (for hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened)
Returns procedure:

Once the return is approved, send the product within 7 days.
The refund is made within 7 working days of receiving the product, provided the above conditions are met.
The refund is made using the same payment method you chose (except cash on delivery, where an IBAN is required).
Order cancellations

If it has already been shipped, the returns terms apply.
7. Limitation of Liability
The business is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (e.g. strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).
We are not liable for any errors in prices or product details caused by technical errors or human error.
8. Product Use
Our products are intended for adults and are not toys.
The business accepts no liability for any damage or injury caused by improper or inappropriate use.
Particular care is needed with jewellery and small items that could be swallowed by young children.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms of use without prior notice. Changes apply from the moment they are published on the website.
To reward our customers' trust and loyalty, we have created the "Fourfourakia" points programme.
For every €1 of net order value (before shipping costs), the customer earns 1 Fourfouraki.
When users add their birthday to their account, they receive 100 Fourfourakia as a birthday gift (once a year).
Fourfourakia are credited to the user's account once the order has been completed and paid.
Each Fourfouraki is worth a €0.10 discount.
Points can be redeemed on orders with a net value over €10 (excluding shipping costs).
Points are not refunded if an order is cancelled.
Fourfourakia are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The business reserves the right to change the terms of the programme without notice.
Taking part in the programme requires an account on the e-shop.
11. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Greece have jurisdiction over any dispute.
This is an English translation for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Greek version prevails.
